Collection and processing of data
Every access to our homepage and every retrieval of a file stored on the homepage are logged. The storage serves to analyze errors and to detect and track any attacks. The following are logged: date and time of access, IP address, URL accessed, user agent, referrer.

Corona contact and operating restrictions ordinance
According to § 1 para. 2b d) of the Ordinance on the Restriction of Social Contacts and the Operation of Facilities and Offers due to the Corona Pandemic (in short: Corona Contact and Operational Restriction Ordinance) of May 7, 2020, lists of participants, the names, addresses and phone number to enable infection tracking if necessary. These participant lists will be deleted after one month. Art. 13, 15, 18, 20 GDPR do not apply. If such a rule is repeated again, the above-mentioned rule for deletion remains.

If you have provided us with personal data, we only use this to process your ticket booking/order, to answer your inquiries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing – in particular passing on order data to suppliers -, this is necessary for billing purposes, we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. If payment services are used for payment transactions in our web shop, your data will be passed on to the payment intermediaries used. Newsletter
